Question: Do I need to stop the kitchen for draining?
Answer: No. We operate in off-peak windows, isolate the area, perform suction and technical washing, and quickly release the area. You receive a report with photos and a CDF; a MTR is issued when required.
2 / Management, Operation and Maintenance of ETE
Question: Do you assume effluent quality targets?
Answer: Yes. We work with baseline + contractual KPIs (e.g., BOD/SST efficiency, kWh/m³, availability ≥98%), monthly report, and optional bonus/malus. ART when applicable.
3 / Exhaustion and Final Disposal of Sludge from WWTP
Question: Do I receive MTR and CDF from the collected sludge?
Answer: Yes. MTR is issued when required by the standard, and CDF is always issued. We provide complete traceability: volumes, license plates, schedules, photos, and the licensed recipient.

Question: Does the availability of the WWTP decrease during maintenance?
Answer: Our preventive/predictive routine and scheduled windows maintain availability ≥98%. We use bypass, redundancy, and LOTO/NR-10. VFD/PLC adjustments minimize process impact.

Question: How can I ensure that my waste does not end up in an irregular destination?
Answer: We are licensed shippers, with MTR (when required) and CDF on 100% of shipments. We provide photographic evidence, tickets, and an audit trail.

Question: How many bathrooms do I need for my event?
Answer: Rule of thumb: 1 booth per 100 people (up to 4 hours, without alcohol) or 1/75 (with alcohol). Longer events require double the number of booths or two cleanings. On construction sites, 1/15–20 workers per shift. We have a disabled person option.
